The team at Earlsfield Friary are in the final stages of planning a FIESTA! and you’re invited.
Team leader Jonny Sertin told us:
“we are running an event over the weekend of July 12-14th IN SW18. It’s exploring community through connecting people, spirituality and the environment …. and is an inclusive space for all persuasions and practices.”
The event is a weekend gathering with a selection of pioneers, artists, practitioners and thinkers on the bill. The team have also asked Alastair Macintosh to be “elder in residence” for the weekend. Jonny continues that Macintosh “will be sharing over the whole weekend along with others looking at foraging, food and the environment, commons spirituality, enterprise, economics & community plus more.”
Others on the bill include Harry Baker, Chris Read, John & Tammy Oliver, Rowan Conway, Mark & Katie Sampson and of course Jonny Sertin.
The tone of the event is festive with art, music, food, reflection, space to connect, make new friends and see old friends. It promises to be a brilliant celebration and quite a unique pioneering gathering.
